PROFILE

James graduated with great distinction from the Faculty of Management at McGill University. While majoring in Marketing he also completed a concentration in Strategic Management. In October 2005, James returned to Alberta to pursue opportunities as a licensed REALTOR®, representing Sutton Group Nor-Vista Realty. James and business partner, Louise Mabey, acquired the franchise in May 2006. James was licensed as a Broker in 2007 and assumed the leadership of the office.  James encourages his team of REALTORS® to conduct business with strong values and ethics and believes that as a Broker, providing good service to REALTORS® is the cornerstone to a positive client experience. His pursuit of industry knowledge and enthusiasm for involvement in the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton demonstrate his commitment to the industry. Most recently, James served as Vice President of the REALTORS® Association and chaired the Member Services Committee. James encourages participation and teamwork while maximizing opportunities for each of his team members. In 2009 James was awarded as one of Avenue Magazines “Top 40 Under 40”.
